Safety Risk Register Templates

Through our partnership with K&J Safety and Security Consulting Services Inc., agencies can accelerate their adoption of Safety Risk Management through the acquisition of 'generic' Preliminary or Operational Hazard List Templates.  These templates identify hazards within one or more System/Sub-system areas and can include the description of the hazard and its initial unmitigated likelihood and impact severity.  These templates come in various forms, from full-blown risk registers to simple checklists.  This information is directly managed in SSIMS and licensed from K&J Safety and Security Consulting Services Inc.
